In a joint attempt to heighten awareness about an eco-friendly and sustainable future, the World Wood Day Foundation (WWDF) and the International Wood Culture Society (IWCS), have termed 21st March 2019 as World Wood Day. The event is used as a means to spread awareness about the importance of using building materials that help curb damage to the environment.
